Why the saffron went in twice

Every good product has a story behind it. Sometimes the smallest detail changes the final result.

During one of our latest experiments, the first saffron infusion was lighter than expected. Instead of settling for an average result, we went back to the process and tried again.

The second infusion created a deeper colour, richer aroma and a much more balanced finish.
